Scenic Pictures

A picturesque view perched from a high point looking out into a panoramic view is how I often describe scenic. It was scenic views seen in the mountains near my home that first beckoned me into photography, still today this remains one of my favorite types of picture taking. I've since learned that a scenic scene often requires an anchor in the foreground to help establish a proper visual. Often I'll use foreground vegetation or rocks to get the job done.
