Wolf Rocks is located along the western slope of Laurel Ridge near Laurel Summit State Park, Pennsylvania and is made up of multiple ledges of exposed Pocono Mountain Sandstone that rests above the Linn Run valley. The rocks contain examples of frost cracks and frost wedging at an elevation of 2600 feet in the Laurel Highlands of Pennsylvania. This outcropping sprawls for nearly a hundred feet, which makes it difficult to capture in a single photograph what it's really like to experience this place.
Below are pictures taken at, along, on, or of Wolf Rocks.
