Cranberry Glade Lake is featured with rich autumn hues and Laurel Ridge windmills in this afternoon picture from October 21, 2009. Picture was taken while navigating through a maze of solid ground in a marsh of aquatic grasses. This is one of the highest elevation lakes in Pennsylvania as it rests below a 2750 foot summit of Laurel Ridge. Most of the lake is surrounded by PA State Game Land 111.
