Summer time greenery is reflected in the waters of Bubble Pond on a cool misty July morning within Acadia National Park. The oblong pond is flanked by two tall mountains, Pemetic Mountain to the west and Cadillac Mountain to the east. On the other side of Pemetic is a similar pond, Jordan Pond. Acadia has carousel trails, friendly for bike riding, which connects some of the park's most scenic features. This picture was taken not far from one of those Carousel trails.
